For the second time, we welcome living legend Dave Holland to BassFest. Last time, he took the stage with John Scofield—this year, he returns with his remarkable trio. Alongside him: saxophonist Jaleel Shaw and drummer Nasheet Waits, a dream team of groove and improvisation. Holland is one of the most influential bassists of his generation, known for his work with Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, and countless solo projects. His playing is layered, rhythmically powerful, and melodically rich. Together, the trio delivers an explosive mix of virtuosity, freedom, and emotion.
