Y.O.P.E.

Y.O.P.E. is the musical experiment of bassist Joop de Graaf, also known for his work with Brintex Collective, Imaginarium, Sam Nera, and the Diana Dzhabbar Quartet. On the debut album ‘peer pleasure’ (2025), the band explores an electronic world of sound, with a core built on the fusion of groove, improvisation, and beat music. The album is a tribute to friendship — one of the most important things in life, according to Joop.
