The spellbindingly beautiful playing of Renaud Garcia-Fons enchants pretty much every music lover which is why the french bassist and composer is such a good fit for Dutch Double Bass Festival and why we are proud to have him return to the festival!
As a disciple of François Rabbath (also a veteran of DDBF) Garcia-Fons is a master of seamlessly combining different styles. The ‘Paganini of the Double Bass’ as he is called, is a particular master of flamenco and at DDBF he’ll be giving one of his legendary solo concerts.
